Cancellations

• Before 06 October: 50% refund
• As of 07 October: No refund

All registration fees include 21% Belgian VAT.

During your registration, you can book a room at one of the partner hotels depending on the availability.

Exhibitors
Exhibiting companies should not register now. After booking their booth they will obtain a group code to register their participants.
