You are about to register for the EEPC Seminar taking place Wednesday 22^nd to Friday 24^th October 2025.

Registration fee:
The Registration Fee for Delegates is 310,00 EUR incl. 21% Maltese VAT

Cancellation:
Request to cancel your registration and/or accommodation must be submitted in writing to registration@eepc-seminar.org and is subject to the following conditions:
– Before 15 September 2025: Full refund of the registration fee
– As of 15 September 2025: No refund of the registration fee

Exhibiting companies will receive a Group Code to register

Accommodation:
At the end of your registration, you will have a link to book your accommodation at a preferred rate.

ACCOMMODATION

All rates are quoted in Euro (€) per room per night inclusive of a full International Buffet Breakfast and local taxes. For double occupancy, there is an extra charge of 30,00EUR.
ECO tax of €0.50 per person per night is not included in the above rates and is charged to a maximum of €5.00 per person.

For a Double room the extra charge is 30,00EUR per night.
Please indicate in "Guest request" if you need a double room.
