Early Bird fee until 01 September 2026

• Surgeons: 2 days – 290,00 EUR
• Residents, Fellows, Fysios & Kines: 2 days – 180,00 EUR
• Residents, Fellows, Fysios & Kines: 1 day – 110,00 EUR

Normal fee between 01 September and 15 October 2026

• Surgeons: 2 days – 330,00 EUR
• Residents, Fellows, Fysios & Kines: 2 days – 210,00 EUR
• Residents, Fellows, Fysios & Kines: 1 day – 135,00 EUR

Late fee as of 15 October 2026

• Surgeons: 2 days – 370,00 EUR
• Residents, Fellows, Fysios & Kines: 2 days – 240,00 EUR
• Residents, Fellows, Fysios & Kines: 1 day – 160,00 EUR

Cancellations

Sorry no refund

All registration fees include 21% Belgian VAT.

Accommodation

During your Registration you will be able to book your accommodation at the Hilton Old Town.

Accreditation

Accreditation was requested at RIZIV/INAMI and at Pro-Q-Kine

Exhibiting companies should not register now. After booking their booth they will obtain a group code to register their participants.
