You are about to register for the BEAM25 Congress taking place from Thursday, May 15 till Saturday, May 17 2025 in Hotel Marriott in the beautiful city of Ghent.

Registration fees

The registration fee includes access to the sessions, the coffee breaks and lunches as well as the Networking drink amongst the Exhibitors on Friday after the sessions.

Early Bird fee until 31 March 2025

• Physicians – 400,00€
• Residents / Fellows / Researchers – 150,00€

Normal fee as of 31 March 2025

• Physicians – 500,00€
• Residents / Fellows / Researchers – 200,00€

Congress Dinner
The congress dinner will take place in a unique historic venue. The price is 80,00€.

Cancellations

• Before 31 Mar: 50% refund
• As of 31 Mar: No refund

All registration fees include 21% Belgian VAT.

Accreditation

Accreditation was requested at RIZIV/INAMI for the Belgian participants and CME for the International participants.

Exhibiting companies should not register now. After booking their booth they will obtain a group code to register their participants.
