Dear Participant,

You are about to register for the the 12^th Euro Chlor International Chlorine Technology Conference & Exhibition which will be held in the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower from Tuesday 13^th to Thursday 15^th May 2025.

On the following pages, you will be able to register for the Conference and book your room at preferred rates.

Registration fee
All registration fees are in Euro and excluding 21% Spanish VAT.
Early bird fee before 15 January 2025

• Euro Chlor Member: €750,00 (€907,50 Incl VAT)
• Euro Chlor Non-Member: €900,00 (€1.089,00 Incl VAT)

Standard fee until 01 April 2025

• Euro Chlor Member: €850,00 (€1.028,50 Incl VAT)
• Euro Chlor Non-Member: €1.000,00 (€1,210,00 Incl VAT)

Late registration fee as of 01 April 2025

• Euro Chlor Member: €1.000,00 (€1.210,00 Incl VAT)
• Euro Chlor Non-Member: €1.150 (€1.391,50 Incl VAT)

The registration fee includes:

• admission to the technical sessions, the exhibition, the cocktail on Wednesday evening
• coffee breaks and lunches during the congress days from Tuesday till Thursday
  The registration fee excludes your hotel accommodation

Exhibiting companies should not register now. After booking their booth they will obtain a group code. All information on booking a booth can be found under the section Exhibitors

Cancellation fees
Registration:

• 70% Refund for cancellations until 01/04/2025
• No refund for cancellations as of 01/04/2025

Accommodation booking:
The hotel can charge 100% of the entire stay for cancellations after 01/04/2025 if they can’t resell the rooms.

Accommodation
Block bookings have been made at conference venue. During your registration, you can book your accommodation at preferred rates. Your credit card details will be requested as a guarantee in case of late cancellation or no-show. Hotel payment will have to be done at the hotel on check-in or check-out.

Price per night in a standard room based on single-use: 290,00EUR including VAT and breakfast.
For double occupancy, there is an extra charge of 15,00EUR.
The price does not include the city tax of 2,64EUR per night.
